Formation
"Our Lord does not come down from Heaven every day to lie in a golden ciborium. He comes to find another heaven which is infinitely dearer to him - the heaven of our souls," St. Therese of Lisieux
Most of us understand the Formation of our Faith to entail a process of catechesis that ends sometime with the attainment of the sacraments. The truth is that there is always opportunity to grow in our understand of our faith. For that reason, FORMATION is one of the critical aspects of our calling. We feel that there is no better opportunity for men to grow in their faith than to listen to and share their experiences among peers that are on the same journey. Below are some events/activities that we have discussed for Forge meetings to provide opportunity for enriching the lives of Catholic men. The button links to a calendar of upcoming events.

Testimony
Listening to the stories of fathers, brother, sons, and husbands is powerful means of linking our experience to our brothers. Iron sharpens iron and so one man sharpens another. We never know when we might be the sharpener or the one in need of sharpening until we open up.

Catechesis
Teaching by peer discussion or clergical didatics can guide us in strengthening our relationship with God and provide a guide through a word that is filled with untruths about who we are and what we can do.

Learning
